Fees
Late Reschedule Fee = 25% of scheduled service.
Fees are instituted if a client cancels appointment without rescheduling within 24 hours of their appointment.
Late Fee
Fees are instituted if a client is 15 minutes late or more.
The charge is $1 for every minute after 15 minutes late, per dog. Depending upon the circumstances, if a client is more than 30 minutes late, their appointment will need to be rescheduled.
No-Show Fee
A fee of 50% of your base grooming charge will be applied and must be paid before your next scheduled groom.
De-Matting = $5 - $50
If your dog's coat requires more than 10 minutes of brushing and de-matting, a charge will be applied to your groom.
Pre-Shave = $10 - $50
If the groomer has to shave your dog's fur before their bath due to matting, there will be a charge applied to your groom.
